1. Objective

This Refund & Cancellation Policy defines the terms for refund eligibility, cancellation requests, processing timelines and return of payments in accordance with fair business practices and applicable regulatory requirements.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be applicable only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment or double debit;
  • Failed transaction where payment was deducted but not received by us;
  • Cancellation of order before processing or delivery (if applicable);
  • Extra payment made beyond the EMI payable amount.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • If the financed product / service has already been delivered and accepted;
  • If EMI payments are made towards an active loan agreement — EMI amounts are non-refundable;
  • If the customer defaults and legal / collection actions are initiated;
  • If the refund request violates terms agreed during onboarding and signing of finance agreement.

4. Refund & Cancellation Process

  • Refunds will be processed only to the original payment source;
  • On approval, refunds are credited within **7 working days**;
  • Refund for EMI debit transactions depends on financial institutions & NPCI timelines;
  • A nominal **processing charge** may apply in case of “change of mind” cancellations.
