II. REFUND

If you are entitled to a refund, please contact our customer support team at

info@kishtope.com to request a refund. Refund requests must be made within 3

days of payment.

and Finance Private Limited will initiate the refund process. The processing time for

refunds may vary depending various factors. Mahautkarsh Securities and Finance

Private Limited will provide an estimated timeline for refund processing upon

approval.

Refunds will only be considered in cases where there is a clear and evident issue with

the Loan availed and not be entertained if you change your mind after availing the

Loan.

III. CANCELLATION

To cancel a service request, please contact Mahautkarsh Securities and Finance Private

Limited customer support at info@kishtope.com. Cancellation requests will be reviewed and

approved based on the specific circumstances of the transaction. Please note that

cancellations are only permitted prior to the disbursement of the Loan.

IV. REVIEW AND UPDATE

Mahautkarsh Securities and Finance Private Limited reserves the right to modify or update

this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the

policy will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Customers are advised to
